As a Graphic Design Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual communication of vital mental wellness programs, directly impacting how employees engage with support services. Your creative expertise will empower individuals to prioritize their mental health and well-being.
As a key member of the team, you will create impactful promotional materials, engaging content, and user-friendly resources that reach a diverse audience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop custom solutions that address specific needs, contributing to a comprehensive communication strategy. This role goes beyond design – it’s about making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce promotional materials, collateral, and content for mental wellness programs.
- Collaborate with account executives and stakeholders to fulfill custom design requests.
- Contribute to the overall communication strategy for mental well-being initiatives.
- Support sales teams with presentations, marketing materials, and proposals.
- Deliver on tight deadlines for urgent projects and requests.
- Develop, maintain, and customize content for the member website.
- Provide design support to the mental well-being leadership team.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
- 5-10 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 1-5 years of experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
- 3-5 years of proficient writing skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator.
- 1-3 years of experience with Adobe Dreamweaver (basic HTML editing).
- 1-3 years of experience with WCAG accessibility compliance for digital materials.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24 to $27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
