What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all task activities assigned to the Scrum team, ensuring timely completion and minimal technical debt.
- Maintain the highest quality of performance across all projects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel and stakeholders.
- Lead multiple Scrum teams through planning, development, and testing phases of a large software development, implementation, and integration project.
- Conduct all Scrum-related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives, and client demos.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and sprint activities.
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles and manage risks to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Diligently track and report on all Scrum activities daily.
Must-Haves:
- Skills equivalent to 6-10 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably using an Agile Scrum approach.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, and team-building skills.
- Ability to apply Scrum estimation techniques to software development efforts.
Nice-to-Haves:
- PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.99 to $73.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
