As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing targeted email campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You’ll leverage your expertise to optimize campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and ensure best practices are followed. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to business growth and make a real difference in how this organization communicates with its customers.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for email optimization and implement A/B testing to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Ensure all email communications adhere to industry policies and best practices.
  • Implement email automation strategies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an email marketing or related marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and project requirements.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; or Associate’s degree with equivalent industry experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in an email marketing or related marketing role.
  • Start-up experience.
  • Experience in medical/health marketing.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.12 to $46.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
