As a UX Researcher, you will be the voice of the user, championing their needs throughout the product development lifecycle. You’ll lead research projects from inception to completion, uncovering key insights that inform design decisions and drive product innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to create cutting-edge advertising solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end research projects, from planning and execution to analysis and presentation of findings.
  • Conduct qualitative research using a variety of methods, including usability studies, concept testing, diary studies, and ethnographic research.
  • Analyze qualitative data to extract meaningful insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define research objectives, ensure alignment, and maximize the impact of research findings.
  • Contribute to the development of industry-leading products that enhance the online shopping experience for users worldwide.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in conducting rigorous qualitative research, with proficiency in methods such as usability studies, concept testing, diary studies, and ethnography.
  • Deep understanding of the strengths and limitations of different research methodologies and the ability to select the most appropriate method for each research question.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex qualitative data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present research findings to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product development decisions and drive positive change based on user research insights.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with survey design and analysis.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $139.47 to $154.97 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
