You will be the vital link connecting top talent with exciting opportunities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for hourly and salaried employees. Your expertise in candidate care and pre-employment processes will be essential to the company’s success.

As a Recruiter Staffing Specialist, you will:

• Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide timely feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Skillfully navigate scheduling conflicts and calendar changes, ensuring a seamless interview experience for all involved.
• Initiate and meticulously track background checks and drug screens, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pre-employment results within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and Excel.
• Proactively communicate potential challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding process to the recruiting team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in HR.
• Proficiency in Workday.
• Experience monitoring background checks.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with automated interviewing software or automated interview scheduling platforms.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25-27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
