Ready to make your words matter? In this dynamic UX Writer role, you will:
- Develop user-focused content for various digital channels (web, mobile, SMS, and more), ensuring alignment with content strategy, SEO best practices, brand voice, and business requirements.
- Translate complex healthcare topics into easy-to-understand language, empowering users with accessible information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content strategists, designers, product managers, and subject matter experts, to create seamless user experiences.
- Ensure content accuracy and compliance by partnering with legal and compliance teams.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital content guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of UX writing experience.
- Proven experience writing and optimizing content for various digital platforms (web, mobile, email, SMS, push notifications).
- Solid understanding of UX principles and the role of content in digital design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry and regulated environments.
- Familiarity with online workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with specific content management systems (e.g., AEM, Salesforce).
- Experience with AI writing tools.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $62 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
