As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation and development to activation and stewardship. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, contribute to brainstorms, develop compelling client-facing presentations, and ensure seamless campaign execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to hone your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders to generate innovative, geotargeted integrated brand solutions.
Presentation Development: Create compelling proactive and reactive presentations and one-sheets, incorporating feedback from sales, legal, and station leadership.
Client Interaction: Clearly articulate ideas and opportunities to clients, effectively communicating how proposed solutions align with their objectives.
Campaign Activation: Execute sold deals, including kickoff calls, asset collection, timeline development, budget tracking, legal agreement engagement, creative approvals, and campaign recap creation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, or business development within the entertainment, sports, digital, or social media landscape (e.g., television station/network, digital/social platform, or promotional/media agency).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integrated marketing tools and tactics to develop, plan, produce, and activate revenue-driving, results-oriented multi-platform campaigns and events.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience creating impactful presentation decks and one-sheets.
  • Strong project management and campaign activation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, resolve issues effectively, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with sponsorship activation across linear/addressable platforms, including co-marketing with entertainment/sports properties and community partners.
  • Ability to translate ideas into compelling written and verbal pitches.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous complex projects and tasks.
  • Effective team player, capable of seamless collaboration with colleagues across various locations.
  • Positive, proactive, resilient, and flexible self-starter with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
  • Experience interfacing and collaborating with senior-level executives.
  • Willingness to work evening/weekend hours as needed to support key meetings and event execution.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $62.92 to $69.92 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
