Be the Catalyst for Agile Excellence:
In this dynamic role, you’ll champion the Agile methodology, coaching and mentoring a talented team to embrace its principles and practices. You’ll empower the team to self-organize, make critical decisions, and continuously improve their processes. Your expertise will be essential in guiding sprint planning, facilitating daily stand-ups, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team’s progress.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.
  • Track and analyze sprint metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment.
  • Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions.
  • Promote self-organization and empower the team to make key decisions.
  • Coach the team on effective product backlog management.
  • Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and its values.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve impediments effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile metrics and reporting.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Knowledge of various Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.19 to $61.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
