Make a real impact on a global scale! We’re partnering with a Fortune 500 tech giant to find a skilled Developer to join their dedicated Operations team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of ensuring the security and reliability of systems used by millions, contributing directly to incident management, reporting, and automation efforts. This is a unique opportunity to blend your development expertise with an operational mindset, playing a critical role in safeguarding digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications, automations, and enforceable controls using languages like C#, KQL, and PowerShell.
- Ensure compliance with the highest security, privacy, and reliability standards.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software components and applications.
- Serve as a technical expert for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to uphold quality, security, and accessibility standards.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to change quickly and positively.
Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, OR 10+ years of equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience with PowerShell.
- 10+ years of experience with C#.
- 10+ years of experience with data handling, including SQL or other open-source databases.
- 5+ years of experience with highly complex, data-driven analysis projects.
- Experience using Azure DevOps.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale projects from end-to-end.
- Experience following the iterative and agile SDLC.
- SRE experience, ideally with a background in development and team/program management.
- On-call experience and a strong operational and security mindset.
- Experience handling sensitive data.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $80 to $84 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
