Competitive Analyst

As a Competitive Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of competitive pricing and promotional data. You will collaborate with third-party vendors, validate data, manage competitive shop locations and item lists, and support the implementation of new competitive shop tools. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to hone your analytical skills and contribute to a critical aspect of the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Review competitive data from third-party vendors, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update the list of competitive shop locations, ensuring alignment with the overall competitive shop program.
• Manage and refine the competitive shop item lists provided to vendors.
• Collaborate with Pricing Managers to develop and execute the competitive shop schedule.
• Partner with IT teams to test and validate new features in competitive shop tools.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role (business, finance, or accounting).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience using Microsoft Access and/or SQL to query datasets.
• Prior experience in the retail industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32.45 to $37.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
