We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Manager / Digital Asset Manager to support a large-scale content migration and organization effort. This part-time role will involve managing thousands of content items—including PDFs, Word documents, and spreadsheets—as they are updated and moved into a new knowledge-sharing platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Migration:
Move, re-upload, and reformat content files (e.g., PDFs, Word docs, Excel spreadsheets) into the designated knowledge-sharing platform and SharePoint sites.
Digital Asset Organization:
Make digital materials accessible across platforms, including SharePoint. Ensure files are properly categorized, named, and linked.
Tracking & Auditing:
Manage and update tracking spreadsheets (in Smartsheet), ensuring accuracy of file movement, updates, and publication status. Support ongoing audit work previously conducted by other team members.
Platform Use & Coordination:
Work within MangoApps, Microsoft Office 365 (especially Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint), and other tools to collaborate and communicate with the internal team.
Content Post Management:
May assist with migrating or updating digital articles or posts as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience working with content management systems or digital asset management tools.
Comfortable handling and organizing large volumes of content across multiple formats.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint).
Familiarity with Smartsheet for tracking project status and progress.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Prior experience with content audits or content migration is a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32 to $37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Hours: 9 am – 6 pm ET with flexibility to meet business and contractor needs
Candidates can sit in Locations: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Portland, St. Louis.
