Make a real impact as a Business Analyst with a leading automotive financial services company! Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a dynamic team supporting critical business initiatives. As a Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the Business Operations Services team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, document processes, and conduct user acceptance testing. Your insights will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of critical business operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to become a subject matter expert and mentor other team members.

What You’ll Do:
* Monitor originations chat and mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses, escalation, and resolution of incidents and issues.
* Document processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to increase efficiency.
* Provide support for break-fix and vendor portal tickets, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
* Offer assistance to various departments and centers within the organization.
* Conduct business requirements analysis, translate requirements into design specifications, and communicate findings effectively.
* Manage assigned projects, develop and review test plans, and perform user acceptance testing.
* Participate in meetings, gather information, and create reports and presentations to share insights.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation, including policy documents, guides, and business communications.
* Support other projects and tasks as assigned.

Must-Haves:
* Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Strong analytical and evaluative skills.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to navigate complex approval flows and established processes.
* Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems, or equivalent work experience, preferably in financial services.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, Visio).
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.

Nice-to-Haves:
* Knowledge of Financing Instruments.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30-35/hour 
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
