As a Fraud Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in safeguarding client assets. You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations of potentially fraudulent activity, primarily related to Visa debit and credit cards. Starting with smaller claims and progressing to more complex cases as your expertise grows, you’ll hone your analytical skills and become a master of risk assessment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive investigations of Visa fraud claims, meticulously analyzing transactions and customer information.
- Maintain detailed records of all investigative activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Exercise sound judgment and decision-making to mitigate risk and protect client interests.
- Effectively manage your caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service when communicating with clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and patterns in fraudulent activity, contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Visa debit/credit card fraud investigations.
- Familiarity with banking industry regulations, particularly Reg E.
- Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently and meet deadlines.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27.36 to $30.40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
