We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting project activities to ensure a successful deployment. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to provide effective support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Team Support: Help assemble and support the project team and work streams, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are clearly communicated and tracked.

  • Budget Assistance: Support the development and management of the project budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring alignment with approved limits.

  • Schedule Management: Assist in creating and maintaining the project schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely completion of all project phases.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a secondary point of contact for project-related communications, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

  • Risk Identification: Help identify potential project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.

  • Quality Assurance Support: Assist in ensuring that the LMS implementation meets all documented deliverables, standards, and requirements.

  • Training & Support: Support the development and delivery of training materials and resources for end-users.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

    • PMP or similar certification preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of project management or project support experience.

    • At least 1 year of experience with LMS implementation or a similar field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    • Knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies is a plus.

  • Attributes:

    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

    • Excellent teamwork and support abilities.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
