Our Pharmaceutical Retail client is looking for a Brand Project Manager to join their creative agency on a full-time consulting basis. This role will collaborate globally to deliver corporate brand projects.
Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan and manage several moderate-scale, high-priority projects
• Guide and facilitate project teams through the Design project workflow process and ensure that activities are properly completed for each assigned milestone
• Push project status summaries up to Design Leadership, so they are aware of portfolio and/or segment health
• Support the project team in ensuring that project information (such as scope, goals, resource analyses) is properly documented and archived in the portfolio database
• Foster strong positive relationships with peer groups and key stakeholders within Design and external partners
• Share and learn best practices within Design to help improve project team effectiveness and efficiency
• Maintain portfolio management database for data completeness and accuracy
• Analyze portfolio data to create reports and dashboards for your segment
• Manage the timeline and delivery of Corporate Brand Guidelines and Toolkits
• Manage the timeline and delivery of Corporate Brand Templates
• Manage timeline and delivery of Corporate Brand Creative Assets (icons, illustrations, fonts, colors, DBAs, sonic branding, motion graphics)
• Manage timeline and delivery of Brand Content (Photo and Video shoots)
• Manage timeline and delivery with freelance and agency partners
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in Creative Project Management working on corporate branding
• Wrike (or other Project/Workflow management system – Monday, Asana, Workfront)
• Experience working with Design/Creative Brand teams (NOT digital product) – managing brand equity & guidelines projects, brand concepts, brand creative, brand templates
• MS products suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with global teams

• Collaborative, able to work well with remote teams, keeping communication transparent and effective
• Independent, takes initiative, but keeps teams informed
• Clear and concise – clear writing and speaking style, able to give and receive direction through asynchronous work
• Problem solving – curious and interested in solving the root-cause problems, not providing fast-solutions
