Join a team dedicated to optimizing data center infrastructure and driving long-term improvements! As a Technical Program Manager with Aquent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing data center products and processes. Your analytical skills and program management expertise will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of critical infrastructure. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead investigations, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal performance.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns, relationships, and trends, uncovering opportunities for improvement.
- Transform complex data into clear and concise visual representations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that inform decision-making processes and influence policy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and empower data-driven decisions.
- Conduct initial investigations of fleet data to identify and report deployment/production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage medium to large-scale projects, effectively monitoring progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Consolidate information from various sources (tickets, bugs, documents) into a centralized tracking system for team members and stakeholders.
- Perform technical due diligence to evaluate engineering scope, milestones, timeframe, and resource allocation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or a relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management.
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL, JMP, or Python.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with and influence others.
- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working in a data center environment.
- Experience managing large, complex projects.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.38 to $54.87 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
