This role is instrumental in streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the design process.

This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in asset management and process improvement to revolutionize how a major brand approaches its creative development. You’ll be the central point of contact, collaborating with Art, Design, Materials, and Product Development teams to drive efficiency and maintain a best-in-class design library. Your work will directly impact the speed and quality of design production, contributing to the overall success of new product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize physical and digital design asset centralization solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless asset flow.
  • Lead organizational efficiency initiatives within the creative services department.
  • Oversee the documentation of design materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Streamline color and artwork production processes.
  • Maintain and organize a physical design library.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal teams and external factories.
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate information across all systems and documents.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Graphic Arts or Design-related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the fashion/apparel industry (CAD technician, print technician, tech style technician, print production).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, CAD, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
  • Experience with color and artwork production processes.
  • Knowledge of print design techniques and fabric applications.
  • In-depth understanding of apparel production processes and industry terminology.
  • Experience with CAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data migration and system integration.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of substrates and printing techniques.
  • Experience with the Munsell color system.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.90 to $32.12/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
