Join a leading global entertainment company’s Creative Studio as a Creative Producer and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative of major broadcast projects. Working within the Creative Strategy and Integration team, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, developing creative strategies and overseeing their execution across various platforms. As a Creative Producer, you will be the driving force behind large-scale broadcast projects, collaborating with creative leaders and stakeholders to bring captivating visions to life. You will:
- Develop and implement creative strategies and execution plans for season-long graphic identity projects, collaborating with Senior Management and key stakeholders.
- Identify and optimize new workflows across digital, streaming, broadcast, and marketing initiatives, driving innovation within the Creative Studio.
- Manage project communication, budget tracking, and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Lead and facilitate creative team and stakeholder meetings, fostering collaboration and driving consensus.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and schedules, providing a clear roadmap for creative teams to follow.
- Make informed budget decisions within established parameters, maximizing resource allocation and project efficiency.
- Conduct and organize project research, analyzing key takeaways and sharing insights to inform future creative endeavors.
- Contribute to long-range planning (LRP) with Senior Staff, shaping the future direction of the Creative Studio.
- Adhere to established department procedures, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency in project execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of various network and show aesthetics, contributing to a cohesive brand identity.
- Guide and mentor teams of Designers, Animators, Editors, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of broadcast producing experience
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate internal and client/stakeholder meetings
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, 365)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and working styles
- Demonstrated project management skills, including scope definition, scheduling, and budget management
- Ability to lead creative and production teams on projects of varying scales
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- A passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
- Creative background in design or branding, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for enhancement
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Atlassian tools, or Smartsheet
- Background working with major media corporations or agencies specializing in media branding and creative strategy
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.75 to $51.95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
