Your expertise will directly impact the growth and success of the organization by ensuring efficient talent acquisition.

As an HR Operations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the hiring process, collaborating with various teams, and driving efficiency. You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing all hiring requisition data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests, facilitating approvals and creation processes.
  • Collaborating with business managers, recruiters, hiring managers, and administrative staff to create requisitions and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and tracking end-to-end details for all open and in-process hiring activities.
  • Proactively identifying and escalating issues, exercising sound judgment in complex situations.
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively, working independently with a sense of urgency, and adapting to changing priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, related field.
  • Proficiency in common office productivity tools, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.30 to $27.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
