Responsibilities:
- Create clear, concise content requiring minimal editing, leveraging AI tools for enhanced quality and efficiency.
- Analyze complex technical processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding and identify information gaps.
- Manage content deliverables (web content, blogs, emails, social content, internal marketing materials) from start to finish.
- Publish web pages, send mass communications, and run promotions across various internal channels.
- Transform complex information from stakeholders into user-friendly guidance.
- Self-manage workload, prioritize tasks, and provide regular progress updates.
- Attend key meetings and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, or in English, journalism, or communications.
- 8-10 years of experience in technical writing, creating internal communications and marketing materials, and utilizing AI tools to enhance content.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage projects with at least 7 years of experience.
- 7+ years of experience creating imagery using tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to read some programming code.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in widely used productivity and collaboration tools, including AI-powered writing assistants, team messaging platforms, cloud-based document sharing systems, and office software for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a focus on the “big picture.”
- Ability to “own” deliverables and make confident content decisions.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse communication channels and platforms.
- Background in user experience or user-centered design principles.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.87 to $52.08 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
