As a Technical Program Manager within their innovative Technical Infrastructure team, you will drive impactful change by spearheading “Proof of Value” projects focused on smart building technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of workplace environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading cutting-edge initiatives.

This dynamic role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will lead pilot projects, demonstrating the value of smart building technologies. This includes stakeholder management, setting project targets, guiding vendor teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. You’ll be the go-to problem-solver, navigating challenges and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Lead vendor teams, monitoring progress, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project velocity and maximize value delivery.
  • Manage procurement processes, negotiating with vendors and securing necessary resources.
  • Report project progress to leadership, providing updates and insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical programs involving cross-functional and outsourced teams.
  • Proven experience managing building portfolios across multiple locations, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Expertise in vendor procurement and negotiation, including managed service delivery.
  • Background in smart buildings, control systems, IoT systems, IoT cybersecurity, energy management, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Industry certification in smart buildings, control systems, IoT, cybersecurity, energy management, or a similar domain.
  • Track record of delivering technology and technical infrastructure within corporate real estate across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives within budget and on time.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $89.29 to $99.22 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
