As a Motion Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our rebrand to life through dynamic visual storytelling. You’ll craft compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content that elevate our brand across digital, social, and experiential platforms. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our evolving brand identity, creating innovative content that resonates with our audience and sets us apart in the competitive B2B media space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with our client’s brand identity and creative vision.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to craft engaging visual stories for campaigns, social media, and industry events like Cannes Lions, Adweek NYC, CES and owned and operated events.
  • Bring static designs to life with animation, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across various platforms.
  • Consider how motion design can transform physical activations to create memorable experiences
  • Develop motion guidelines for smaller brands within the client’s umbrella
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new animation techniques and storytelling methods.
  • Manage multiple projects while balancing creativity and practical execution under tight deadlines.
  • Present motion concepts and strategies effectively to internal partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all motion and video content meets the highest creative standards and aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production.
  • Degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to take creative direction while also bringing original ideas to the table.
  • Experience working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset—someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and communicates ideas effectively.
  • Passion for creating best-in-class creative work while fostering a positive, supportive team culture.
  • Experience in experiential marketing/events is a plus but not required.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.31 to $78.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
