Responsible for leading Corporate Function initiatives. They will lead a variety of different types of projects including large-scale application development, systems integration, process re-engineering and operational efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Directly manages all aspects of the project life cycle and oversees all phases of a project
- Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters
- Works with resource managers to ensure that resource capacity planning is accurately forecast, and provides ongoing reconciliation of actual time spent against forecasts
- Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
- Handles risks and issues management for the project-level risks and interdependencies
- Partners with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to track Agile development milestones and support Agile practices as needed
- Manages team relationships to ensure effective delivery
- Facilitates problem-solving and resolves stakeholder conflict
Experience:
- Proven ability to build a strong partnership and trust with stakeholders
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively & succeed within a highly collaborative culture
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
- Demonstrated sound business and technical acumen
- Understanding of cross-functional dependencies and how they impact project execution
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.19 to $71.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
