This is a remote role (option for on-site in Redmond).
Pay Range: $45/hr – $48/hr​

Our client is seeking an experienced producer to support content creation development teams internally and externally with outsourcing. This role thrives in the fast-paced, cross-disciplined environment of triple-A game development. As a producer, you will be the communication hub for the team, ensuring alignment and visibility. 

Responsibilities

  • Track deliverables and schedules of content creation across multiple internal and external teams.
  • Provide regular status updates to relevant teams, project stakeholders, and studio leadership.
  • Identify risks in advance and drive towards successful mitigation and resolution.
  • Establish sustainable processes to drive the success of content creation across multiple teams.
  • Partner with various disciplines (programmers, designers, artists, animators, audio specialists, production) to create compelling game experiences.
  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings and standups, ensuring accountability for action items or decisions.
  • Maintain and manage internal and external teams’ backlog through scrum rituals and milestone deliverable planning.
  • Coordinate demos, reviews, and presentations to produce great feedback and identify clear next steps.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on producing content creation teams and outsourcing.
  • Experienced with agile development, specifically SCRUM.
  • Strong cross-team communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Autodesk – Flow, and Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, and more).

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45/hr – $48/hr.
