WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Become a Product Narrative Expert
Transform technical product details into benefit-driven copy that speaks directly to our customers’ needs and desires. Your words will bridge the gap between “what it is” and “why I need it.”

Master the Art of High-Volume Excellence

Sharpen Your Digital Detective Skills
Investigate product trends, spot content issues before they become problems, and become an expert in translating product intelligence into customer-friendly language that drives conversion.

• Flag and help resolve content challenges as they arise
• Research product details and market trends to keep copy fresh and relevant
• Collaborate with Copy Supervisors on daily priorities and quality control

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23.40 to $26.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
