As a Build Engineer for our client, you will become an integral part of our top-tier Engine and Game Development team. You should possess strong C# skills, a solid understanding of C++, experience working with different source control solutions such as Perforce and Git, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities. You possess a versatile skill set and a strong enthusiasm for immersing yourself in the diverse realms of game development technologies and tools, demonstrating a keen appetite for continuous learning and adaptation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement well crafted, high-efficiency automated build pipelines specifically designed to meet the demands of large-scale distributed AAA game development projects.
  • Profiling the performance of automated builds across a spectrum of pipelines and tools.
  • Play an instrumental role in the strategic planning, execution, and ongoing upkeep of our build and automation infrastructure.
  • Collaborating closely with Engine Leads, Producers, and developer counterparts from other Game Studios.
  • Research and investigation into innovative technologies, evaluating their potential to enhance and optimize our pipelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Unreal Engine experience
  • Experience working with TeamCity, Jenkins, or other CI/CD solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
