Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

All in on inclusivity.

We're about creating an inclusive environment—one where different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are valued, and everyone can contribute, grow their careers, and thrive. And we believe diversity goes beyond ethnicity and gender—that it's about more than what you see. Things like veteran status, ability, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, and gender identity all contribute to a diverse workforce. It's these differences that create a more dynamic and innovative workplace. We're a yes for all of them.

Aquent Talent is an equal opportunity employer.
