Challenge

HP's Global Experience Design Group faced a significant recruitment challenge—finding a top-notch UX Manager to lead their expanding San Diego design studio. This leader would require exceptional technical skills and strong soft skills to motivate and guide the team through a large digital transformation and expansion. 

Though the design studio urgently needed to fill this role, HP's internal Recruiting Team was overloaded with job openings across the company and didn't have the bandwidth or specialization to bring in the right candidates quickly. All of this was amid the backdrop of an aggressive hiring market and fierce competition for UX talent. These factors led HP to seek a recruiting partner to help fill their critical role.
