As a **Senior Employee Engagement Program Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating an exceptional workplace experience, directly impacting how employees connect with the company’s mission, vision, and values. In this dynamic role, you will:

* Elevate and strategically manage existing employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, ambassador programs, employer branding, and internal events.
* Strengthen the internal brand by developing innovative engagement programs that excite employees, build connectedness, and foster strong alignment with the company’s mission, purpose, and values.
* Develop and launch a Culture Champions initiative, empowering key individuals to serve as role models for embodying company values, promoting a culture of gratitude, and supporting collaborative events and programs.
* Amplify the company’s mission, vision, values, and employee value proposition by crafting a compelling and consistent narrative seamlessly integrated into all programming and communications.
* Design and execute a comprehensive strategy to promote engagement and total rewards programs, encompassing compensation, benefits, wellness, workplace environment, learning & development, merchandise, and employee engagement events.
* Manage the meticulous planning and execution of internal events, including the logistics for company-wide gatherings, manager development summits, and executive offsites.
* Provide essential support to employee resource group leaders in communicating their monthly themed events.
* Continuously assess and analyze the effectiveness of current programs, identifying opportunities for improvement, preparing regular reports on program impact, and implementing necessary adjustments.
* Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, ensuring all engagement initiatives are deeply aligned with the company’s culture and values.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all programs.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 8+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement Program Management, People Programs, Internal Events, or a similar relevant role.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to develop complex internal communications strategies for diverse programs.
* Outstanding project management skills, including creating detailed project plans, diligently tracking progress, and consistently meeting deadlines while managing multiple time-sensitive projects under tight constraints.
* Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational abilities to ensure the success and accuracy of all programs and initiatives.
* A strong bias for action and a demonstrated track record of swift, efficient work delivery. Proven ability to take initiative, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and expertly execute on key deliverables.
* A keen problem solver with a natural ability to identify and effectively resolve challenges that may arise throughout a project lifecycle.
* A positive attitude and self-starter mentality, coupled with the ability to forge strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders.
