We’re seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual contributor to spearhead large-scale marketing initiatives from conception to completion. What You’ll Do:
• Lead the full lifecycle of complex marketing campaigns, projects, and programs, from budget reconciliation to social media promotion, ensuring successful execution and maximized ROI.
• Develop comprehensive internal and external promotional plans, collaborating with growth, content, and design teams, leveraging digital tools to maximize awareness and drive generation.
• Drive data analysis and insight development to uncover new marketing opportunities and deep audience understanding.
• Formulate and implement robust marketing strategies that achieve business objectives, overseeing content positioning and program development across social, on-network, and off-network media channels to boost awareness and engagement.
• Partner with senior marketing leadership to define project strategies and objectives, spearheading initiatives for drive generation, customer advocacy, and identifying sponsored opportunities, while also developing innovative virtual and physical experiences.
• Manage and inspire multiple media agencies, elevating their work and strategically prioritizing workflows to achieve campaign goals.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure all content and campaigns reflect the brand’s voice, uphold quality standards, and resonate with target audiences.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, establishing best practices for advertising and aligning strategic marketing efforts across global teams.
• Lead efforts in analyzing, tracking, and reporting campaign and project ROI against predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics, utilizing CRM or project management systems, and collaborating closely with sales teams to maximize impact.
• Act as a primary point of contact for managing large-scale, complex media planning, coordinating with global media teams to scale strategies effectively.
• Drive the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation, and comprehensive measurement strategies.
• Build and maintain robust external relationships with venues, suppliers, and agencies, handling contract negotiations, spatial and audiovisual planning, activation logistics, and managing virtual suppliers and speaker agents.
• Pioneer and implement marketing communications strategies to achieve broad media and public amplification.
