**About the Role:**
In this impactful role, you will be a key driver in shaping and executing the end-to-end operational transformation agenda. You will design and implement future-ready operating models, leveraging analytics, technology, and process innovation to enhance efficiency, agility, and collaboration across global operations. You will work closely with leaders across various internal stakeholders and functions to define strategic priorities, operationalize transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact, contributing directly to the company’s long-term success and competitive advantage.

**What You’ll Do:**
* **Strategic Leadership and Transformation:** Develop and drive key elements of the operational strategy roadmap, focusing on end-to-end capability building across logistics, product development, sourcing, and inventory management.
* **Operational Excellence and Program Management:** Design and implement robust operational frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics to track the progress and impact of transformation programs.
* **Cross-Functional Engagement:** Manage recurring cross-functional engagement to ensure seamless alignment on priorities, deliverables, and milestones across diverse teams.
* **Risk Mitigation:** Proactively anticipate risks and roadblocks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans to maintain momentum and business continuity.
* **Change Management:** Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives, including the development and execution of rollout, training, and communication plans to embed new ways of working throughout the organization.

**Who You Are:**
* A minimum of 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting/strategy, supply chain, and/or retail operations.
* Demonstrated ability to understand both intricate operational details and the broader strategic vision.
* Deep experience with process design, capability building, and comprehensive change management methodologies.
* Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, delivering strong governance and measurable outcomes.
* Highly analytical, with proficiency in modeling, reporting, and interpreting complex operational and financial data.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships and influence cross-functional leaders at all levels.
* Excellent communicator, capable of influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
* A strong preference for candidates with a consulting background.
