Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership
Independently define, drive, and own comprehensive program charters, outlining scope, timelines, key objectives (OKRs), resource allocation, and risk/dependency management for moderately complex, multi-team programs.

Goal Translation & Planning
Translate ambiguous objectives into measurable milestones. Develop detailed project plans that break down complex efforts into clear, stakeholder-aligned phases while proactively identifying constraints and dependencies.

Continuous Improvement & Metrics
Establish program phasing and metrics that champion continuous improvement and resource stewardship. Create dashboards and checkpoints that provide transparent progress updates and support informed program pivots.

Executive Communication & Advocacy
Design and execute strategic communication plans for executives and key partners. Represent the program effectively across all touchpoints, ensuring clarity and consistent messaging.

Change Management Mastery
Anticipate and manage change by developing rollout plans, conducting impact analyses, and driving necessary pivots. Monitor progress, resolve misalignments, and proactively define future change requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Decision-Making
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to enable effective decision-making. Manage escalations and prioritization conflicts to maintain program alignment and momentum.

Data-Driven Governance
Use data to govern programs and drive informed decisions. Maintain meticulous project trackers, manage dependencies, and integrate values like user empathy and inclusion throughout program execution.

Operational Excellence
Implement automation and governance structures to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and streamline escalation management. Facilitate effective stakeholder meetings and postmortem reviews.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications
Proven proficiency in Portfolio and Program Management (PgM/TPM) methodologies
Demonstrated expertise in Team Leadership and fostering high-performing teams
Strong background in Continuous Improvement and Change Management initiatives
Exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
Advanced Planning and Execution capabilities with both strategic and tactical focus
Solid understanding of Governance Frameworks and Technical Judgment in complex environments
Deep user empathy and a commitment to creating user-centric solutions
