Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Project Coordinator in Smithfield, RI!
Thiis is a hyrbrid position. It is expected that you can work on-site at our client’s office in Smithfield, RI. For this reason we will only consider candidates who currently live in a commutable distance to the office and can work on-site.
In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment. C2C is not permitted for this position.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of technology project coordination. You will collaborate with a team of experts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure projects stay on track. Your organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain schedules for multiple vendors across various technology rollout projects.
- Manage schedule changes, effectively communicating updates to stakeholders and vendors.
- Coordinate and schedule revisit/punch/”clean-up” dates for completed projects.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to the Program Manager.
- Work independently and proactively to address project needs.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and vendors.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.52 to $29.52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
