Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Member Service Respresentative in Oklahoma!

To be considered for this positon, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.  C2C is not permitted for this position.
  • Must currently live in Oklahoma
  • Must have a wired internet connection.  Connectivity via Wifi is not permitted for this role.  You must provide a speed test result of your home wired internet connection.
  • Must be able to attend a virtual 4-6 week training
  • Must be able to work 8:00 AM CT – 5:00 PM CT, Monday – Friday

As a Member Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in guiding new members through the enrollment journey. You’ll be responsible for verifying eligibility, conducting enrollment activities, and providing top-notch customer support to both individual plan members and employer groups. Your dedication to accuracy and timely service will ensure client satisfaction and retention. Become a subject matter expert and share your knowledge to elevate the entire team’s performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with fellow coordinators to maintain high quality of work, meet performance goals, and address compliance matters.
  • Determine eligibility and conduct enrollment activities for new members.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to individual plan members and employer groups, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Medicare Part D enrollment and CMS Standards, providing guidance and training to colleagues.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or prior experience in a regulatory environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make sound judgments when handling confidential information.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in both team player and team lead roles.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.00 to $18.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
