Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator!

While this position is 100% remote, we will only consider candidates who currently live in the United States.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

Join a dynamic marketing team at a Fortune 500 healthcare company as a Marketing Coordinator! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of marketing materials, impacting millions during the Annual Enrollment Period. Collaborate with creative teams and agency partners, driving impactful campaigns that make a real difference in people’s lives.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and executing marketing projects from inception to completion.
• Validating and proofing marketing materials to ensure alignment with approved content.
• Collaborating with internal creative teams and external agencies to maintain compliance.
• Managing project timelines, status reports, and communicating key milestones and risks.
• Reviewing and validating copy against Source of Truth Documents for the Annual Enrollment Period.
• Maintaining tracking metrics spreadsheets.
• Project managing campaigns involving external proofing agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience with marketing project management/automation tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.00 to $35.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
