Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit card compliance process, including the development of marketing materials, review processes, and feedback management across stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an annual calendar of key program milestones, encompassing campaigns, internal deliverables, and technical projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners, resolving inquiries and ensuring seamless program execution.
- Collaborate with retail leadership to plan and execute in-store contests and recognition programs, exploring innovative incentive opportunities.
- Contribute to the annual technical roadmap for retail acquisition and engagement optimizations, focusing on maximizing efficiencies and enhancing customer and brand ambassador experiences.
- Participate in discovery meetings to ensure technology builds align with expectations and launch successfully, coordinating with partners for certification and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services or retail industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.13 to $44.59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
