About the Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the credit card program, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative strategies and achieve ambitious growth targets. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience and overall program performance, making a tangible difference in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Credit Card Compliance & Asset Management

    • Oversee the credit card compliance process, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure regulatory adherence.
    • Develop compliance tools, manage assets, facilitate reviews, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
  • Strategic Calendar & Campaign Management

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual calendar that outlines key milestones for cardmember campaigns, strategy planning, budgeting, and technology projects.
    • Ensure alignment across teams and execute campaigns on schedule.
  • Operational Support & Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Manage operational requests and inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution and clear communication across teams.
    • Work closely with retail leadership to plan and execute engaging in-store contests and employee recognition programs.
    • Explore and test new incentive opportunities to drive cardmember engagement and program performance.
  • Technology & Process Optimization

    • Contribute to the annual technical roadmap for credit card acquisition and engagement improvements.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance cardholder experiences and operational efficiencies.
    • Participate in discovery meetings to ensure successful technology builds and timely launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven marketing experience (preferably within retail, financial services, or loyalty programs).
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment on key initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of executing campaigns successfully.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with credit card programs or financial products.
  • Familiarity with compliance processes and regulations.
  • Understanding of retail operations and in-store promotional strategies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.91 to $43.24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
