The Vendor Operations Coordinator will support our Vendor Experience (VE) team, dedicated to optimizing vendor partnerships and ensuring seamless integration of vendor products into our platform. This role involves managing vendor communications, onboarding new vendors, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting operational efficiency across merchandising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Support and Communication:
- Respond to vendor requests and inquiries through our CRM system, adhering to SLAs and quality KPIs.
- Provide clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and manage escalations.
- Vendor Onboarding and Data Integration:
- Handle new vendor setups and promotions by validating vendor data and aligning it to company standards for system integration.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for internal processes to enhance efficiency and vendor satisfaction.
- KPI Monitoring and Reporting:
- Utilize Tableau dashboards, Excel, and other data tools to monitor KPIs, queue statuses, and address any identified issues or gaps in performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and proactively recommend improvements based on KPI trends.
- Process Improvement:
- Participate in initiatives to improve internal processes, such as testing documentation, identifying issues, and collaborating on solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience with a focus on delivering timely and accurate results
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience using dashboards for KPI monitoring
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Preferred Skills:
- Background in customer service or e-commerce/Merchandising
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Atlassian tools like Confluence and JIRA
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $ 19.79- 21.99/hr an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
