The Services Marketing Technology team builds bespoke solutions that enable global marketing campaigns to effectively promote digital services. This team is a highly energized group of problem solvers who work alongside some of the most talented creative minds in the industry. They create tools that are designed through close collaboration with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams to support the company’s growing services business. The right person for this role will share their expertise while providing extraordinary support to the team.
We’re looking for a Program Manager who is creative, innovative, and driven to help us continue building internal products that blend ease of use, powerful features, and an exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Solutions & Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build technology solutions that enhance and enable meaningful programs, leveraging a variety of communication channels and partners.
- Creative Problem Solving: Provide innovative solutions to challenges, driving strategies that contribute to the growth and success of digital services.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Lead efforts to drive subscriptions, promote business initiatives through creative tools, and streamline resources via technology-driven solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and distill product requirements from internal teams, transforming ideas into tangible tool specifications and development roadmaps.
- Web & Creative Asset Management: Manage the creation and scheduling of web landing pages, creative assets, and other digital tools, ensuring alignment with marketing teams and timelines.
- Risk & Budget Management: Assess and manage risks associated with new projects, track costs, and manage budgets for tool development and implementation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for engineering, design, production, and product marketing to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Tool Implementation & Training: Lead the implementation of new tools and systems, ensuring proper documentation, training, and day-to-day support for internal teams and external partners.
- Marketing Tools Roadmap: Oversee and manage the marketing tools roadmap, working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Data & Reporting: Support the setup and integration of tracking systems and APIs. Provide regular reports to leadership, summarizing progress and key insights.
Key Qualifications:
- Creative Leadership: A thought leader who approaches challenges with creativity and a passion for using technology to solve problems.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of effective digital and social marketing strategies, including proficiency in organic marketing channels and social platforms.
- Cross-functional Communication: Strong ability to communicate confidently with leadership, coworkers, and external partners; translate technical challenges into business terms.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in an independent work environment and demonstrate critical thinking and creative solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with web technologies, CMS systems, and tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, and Adobe CC. Knowledge of Apple, Android, and Chrome ecosystems.
- Risk Management: Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and tracking in complex projects.
- Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience managing large-scale, time-sensitive initiatives.
- Media & File Formats: Solid understanding of digital image and video file formats.
Education & Experience:
- Education: BA or BS Degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in project/campaign management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $79 – $88 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
