One of Aquent’s leading healthcare clients is looking to add a Senior Branding Project Manager to their evolving team. This role will help a huge Branding Transformation with all 7 brands and will cover A-Z: strategy, framework and implementation covering digital, print , ads etc. This is an extremely high profile project with high visibility in a major brand overhaul of the client and will span a 12 month period. The ideal candidate will come from a Matrix large enterprise level client, has worked as a Senior PM who has other PM reporting up to them. This is not a managerial level role and the candidate will need to understand Brand Marketing and what is involved with a large scale complex Brand Transformation over multiple organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand Brand Voice, Guidelines and Goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, ensuring they work cohesively and efficiently.
- Provide direction and support to team members.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
- Provide regular project status updates and manage expectations effectively.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor and address issues as they arise to keep the project on track.
- Set and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
- Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets.
- Optimize resource allocation to achieve project goals.
- Quickly identify and address project-related issues and obstacles.
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and scope.
- Implement changes effectively while minimizing disruptions to the project’s progress.
- Ensure a smooth project closure process, including client acceptance, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
- Align project goals and outcomes with the organization’s strategic objectives. Ensure that project work contributes to the overall success of the business.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.
- At least 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and motivate team members
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to adapt them to specific project needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $80. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
