We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Admin to support our Regional Director overseeing all Canadian operations. Position Overview:
As the right-hand to our Canadian leader, you’ll be the linchpin of their Toronto office, managing everything from high-level projects to day-to-day operations. This role offers a unique blend of administrative expertise, project management, and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Toronto office, becoming the go-to person for all things Canada
- Manage complex calendaring, travel arrangements, and expense reports for the Regional Director
- Coordinate cross-border logistics for lab equipment and manage associated documentation
- Plan and execute high-profile events, including visits from C-suite executives
- Create and edit newsletters, presentations, and legal documents
- Oversee office budget, supplies, and onboarding of new leaders
- Assist in preparing varied reports, statistics, and market research documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive self-starter with 5+ years of relevant experience in a global company setting
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
- Creativity and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in French is highly desired and will be compensated accordingly
