Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Videographer & Editor to manage a 1-2 day video shoot in Mississauga. The project involves filming interviews with employees discussing their personal and professional growth within the company, and delivering an edited, polished final video for internal and external use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality video interviews of employees sharing their career journeys within the company.
  • Set up and manage your own camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to ensure a professional recording environment.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to understand the creative vision and desired storytelling approach.
  • Direct interviewees to create natural, engaging on-camera performances.
  • Capture additional B-roll footage, including shots of the office environment, team interactions, and other relevant scenes.
  • Provide guidance and direction on set to ensure a smooth, efficient shoot.
  • Edit the footage into a polished, professional video, including sound mixing, color correction, and incorporating any required branding or graphics.
  • Deliver the final edited video in the required format by the specified deadline.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a portfolio showcasing relevant corporate interview projects.
  • Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording gear (must use your own equipment).
  • Strong video editing skills using software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to direct and interview employees effectively.
  • Ability to manage the full production process, from shooting to final edit, within tight deadlines.
  • Must be available for a 1-2 day shoot in Toronto and provide your own gear
