We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Project Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing, product launches, and project management to support the successful execution of our client’s integrated marketing plans. The candidate will play a key role in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external B2B ad agencies, facilitating the execution of branding and product launch campaigns. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in driving end-to-end marketing campaign execution from advertising to sales enablement.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at or with a B2B ad agency, as well as a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in the development and execution of marketing strategies. The primary focus will be on curating product marketing activities along the sales funnel, managing creative development, and coordinating integrated growth play strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Execution:
- Drive the execution of integrated product marketing plans, including advertising, lead nurturing, and sales enablement materials.
- Manage the creative development process for go-to-market assets and ensure timely approvals from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the new B2B ad agency and internal teams to execute a comprehensive branding campaign and product launch initiatives.

Agency Relationship Management:
- Serve as the point of contact between internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, capture action items, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and implementation of prospect engagement campaigns, working closely with internal marketing, sales, and product teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Engage with internal sales partners to ensure the alignment of marketing campaigns with sales strategies, focusing on lead generation and nurturing activities.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams, ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring all marketing deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Market Research and Insights:
- Analyze market positioning, customer needs, and performance metrics to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Provide research support to senior leadership, offering insights that influence product development, brand positioning, and sales & marketing performance.

Project and Performance Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each campaign is executed effectively and within budget.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, outcomes, and potential roadblocks.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in marketing, market research, or business is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, project management, or a similar role, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.
- Experience working with B2B ad agencies or managing B2B agency relationships.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience launching large-scale branding and product campaigns within a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with email automation (nurture) tactics, sales enablement processes, and working with internal sales teams.
- Experience within the healthcare or medical group industries is a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
