Position Overview:
As a Campaign Manager on our Global Accounts team, you will report to an Industry Manager and leverage your 2-3 years of experience in digital campaign management. This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring you to independently generate insights for campaigns in your portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize managed service and self-service campaigns
- Understand upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics
- Define metrics and measure campaign success using internal analytics
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the digital campaign life-cycle
- Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in shared document repositories
- Lead daily campaign maintenance, including addressing internal questions about tracking and status
- Provide strategic oversight of large accounts and client relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service
- Traffic campaign tags into ad technology environments
- Oversee campaign QA process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance
- Formulate proposals for new client opportunities
- Manage delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign documentation
- Partner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation
- Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation
- Troubleshoot issues on pre-production and live campaigns
- Provide campaign wrap-up reports and monthly auditing reports
- Attend client meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree
- 2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
- Client-facing experience with ability to identify risks and manage issues effectively
- Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to advise partners on best practices and areas of opportunity
- Excited by a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience using SQL and Tableau

- Work Environment: Remote (possibility of future on-site work near company hubs)
- Team Structure: Part of a Search Performance Marketing team of 20+ people

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate performance in a constantly changing, ambiguous environment, and who can provide problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $52/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
