As a Senior Product Owner, you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the product requirements are clearly defined, tested and implemented. You will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and guiding technical implementations to meet business objectives.
In this role you will:
- Work closely with business owners, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Develop and document detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the development team
- Collaborate with developers to clarify technical requirements, address challenges and ensure successful implementation of product features
- Define and implement testing strategies to ensure that the product meets the defined requirements and quality standards. Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues identified during testing
- Develop and provide training materials and sessions for end-users. Create comprehensive documentation to support product usage, including clear user guides and release communications
- Contribute to the product vision and roadmap. Assessing market trends, business needs and user feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and enhance the product. Drive iterative improvements based on data and insights
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working in Aprimo or another workflow management tool
- 3- 5 years’ experience in marketing technology or process improvement
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivery complex products or features
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Marketing experience
- Six Sigma/Lean or similar process improvement certification
- Strong business acumen
- Agile experience
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.34 to $48.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
