Summary
This is a really cool opportunity for a marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead and grow a first-to-market subscription program within a well-established, nationwide franchise brand. You will play an essential role in taking the program from inception to execution regionally and then expanding to other markets.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the program and attract new customers
- Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer satisfaction
- Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to launch and ongoing management
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure project success
- Program Development: Develop and implement new program tiers, services and partnerships
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT development and web development partners
- Financial Tracking: Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability
Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation
- Proven experience in marketing and project management with a focus on new project startups
- Strong understanding of IT and marketing principles
- Desire to own a program and be a leader in its success
- Ability to travel to locations within South Carolina
