Application Developer

Overview

This is a REMOTE with the client based out of Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $40/hr to $45/hr

Our client is looking for an Application Developer to design and develop Power Pages and Power Apps that facilitate automation workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-friendly pages to gather inputs, which will be processed through Logic Apps or Power Automate, transforming them into our backend stack of SQL or Kusto. Additionally, the Application Developer will ensure seamless integration with Power BI for comprehensive reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power Pages to capture user inputs efficiently.
• Create Power Apps or Power pages that serve as the interface for initiating and managing automation workflows.
• Integrate Power Pages to Logic Apps or Power Automate to process user inputs and implement business logic.
• Integrate the processed data with backend systems such as SQL databases or Kusto for storage and further manipulation.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the data pipeline from input collection to backend processing.
• Develop and maintain connections between the backend stack and Power BI to enable real-time reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Document the development process, including code commenting and creation of user guides or manuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Power Platform and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building Power Pages and Power Apps with very good hands on experience in resolving complex scenarios
• Strong and hands on experience of implementing automation workflows using Logic Apps or Power Automate.
• Proficiency in working with SQL databases and Kusto.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bonus – Experience in integrating Power BI for reporting purposes.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40/hr to $45/hr.
