Location: Hybrid in New York (3 days in office, 2 days remote, EST hours)

Overview: The Site Merchandising Lead will handle technical project management and site merchandising tasks for our website. This role involves site maintenance, merchandising, and ensuring executional excellence. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and managing external agencies is key to meeting brand and digital needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and merchandise the website: fix site bugs, manage product catalog, update content, and build new landing pages.
  • Report, prioritize, and manage tickets with external agency support.
  • Manage marketing, campaign, and product launch activations.
  • Conduct technical reporting and monitoring.
  • Own the QA lifecycle (visual and functional).
  • Support in-store activations, manage offers, update website creatives, and handle product review reports.
  • Lead weekly status meetings, oversee agendas, manage active projects, and assign action items.

You Will Have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in site management and maintenance.
  • Experience managing complex, fast-paced, high-volume projects with a focus on delivery excellence.
  • Proven project management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Experience managing a team, including direct reports and external agencies.

You Will Need:

  • CPG marketing expertise; beauty industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate a diverse and highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently while building strong internal relationships and consensus.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Use Jira to brief the agency, open tickets for changes, edits, format adjustments, and content updates.
  • Manage the project development queue.
  • Track ticket progress, assign urgency levels, and coordinate with the agency to ensure timely completion.
  • Quality check results to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32 to $39/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
