The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as sales strategy, report creation, finance KPIs, and strategy roll-out, etc.
This role will contribute to working with manager and team. Making sure that any issues flagged are tracked and have tickets raised. Following up and timely action with Stakeholders. 

The role will consist of:

  • Setting agendas based on what needs to be completed, timely completion for stakeholders, E2E implementation and vendor driven motion.
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of pre and post sales activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders.
  • Track, assign, and follow-up project deliverables for sales motion.
  • Taking in feedback from the customers and key stakeholders and ensuring proper follow-up are given for any gaps.
  • Work with stakeholders to collect and manage content for finance business reviews.
  • Analyze current operations processes, identify areas of improvement and implement changes to current processes.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ overall years of experience in the field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required to be eligible for this role.
  • 2+ years of project management experience required
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Can work in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Good Understanding to create Pivots (if needed)
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio etc.
  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on Quality of work and Meeting timelines/deadlines

Top 4 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. 2-3 Years of experience working with Powerpoint and Powerpoint templates and experience working through Powerpoint
2. 2+ Years of Experience Content Writing and being able to drive a story
3. 2+ Years of Experience Time Management and Scope management experience from a Project Management standpoint
4. Able to work in a timely manner with stakeholders from E2E. (Effective Communication skills and management skills)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36 to $39 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
