Aquent is in search of a dynamic and experienced Marketing Project Manager for an e-commerce client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the brand marketing team, handling very high-level and high-priority projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager with a strong background in brand marketing to join a fast-paced and innovative environment. The Marketing Program Manager will report to the head of project management and collaborate closely with the team operations leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects for the brand marketing team, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including team members, project leaders, and external partners.
  • Brand Marketing: Apply your experience in brand marketing to oversee and execute high-priority projects, driving the brand’s presence and impact.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with multiple project managers supporting different business areas, ensuring alignment and cohesion in project execution.
  • Report to the head of project management and work under the guidance of the team operations leader.
  • Support the Marketing Operations Sr. Manager in wide-scope project management.
  • Own note-taking and action planning feedback for meetings.
  • Develop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operations.
  • Gather facts and understand ways of working (WoW) across the organization.
  • Gather learnings from pilots and iterate on processes, working in an agile model.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders in client solutions and omni teams to streamline ways of working.
  • Ensure teams are using the new project management tool to its potential.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a brand marketing context.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-level and high-priority brand marketing projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with complex timelines involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools is required.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) to effectively read and manage team dynamics.
  • Background in email marketing and brand marketing project management is a plus.
  • Experience in change management and process mapping within a marketing organization.
  • Proficiency in building and presenting PowerPoint decks.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized in thought and execution.
  • Ability to set and communicate clear expectations.
  • Capability to understand and thrive in ambiguous situations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 – $45/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
